Exercise update

I'm up to 395 minutes for August! A bit behind where I should be, but I'm still aiming for 900 minutes total!




How is everyone else doing so far??

August 1st Total: 50 minutes!
Breakdown: 20 minutes Pilates, 30 minutes weights [60 crunches, 40 twist crunches (20 each side), 30 Dip on Chair, 40 concentration curls (20 on each arm), 20 dumbell squats, 10 sit ups, 10 lunges] Whew!

August 2nd: 40 minutes
Breakdown: 40 minutes walking

August 3rd: 30 minutes
Breakdown: 30 minutes really intense cleaning - I usually don't count this, but I was getting sweaty, so it counts!!!

August 4th: 0 minutes
Breakdown: I was in the car for 8 hours...no exercise

August 5th: 30 minutes
Breakdown: 30 minutes walking

August 6th: 30 minutes
Breakdown: 30 minutes walking

August 7th: 0 minutes
Breakdown: Back in the car for 8 hours... no exercise

August 8th: 45 minutes
Breakdown: 45 minutes brisk walking

August 9th: 20 minutes
Breakdown: 20 minutes Pilates

August 10th:None

August 11th: None


August 12th: 30 minutes
Breakdown: 30 minutes walking

August 13th: 30 minutes
Breakdown: 30 minutes intense Pilates (read: I was sooooo tired after) plus a bit of weights

August 14th: 20 minutes
Breakdown: 20 minutes Pilates

August 15th: 30 minutes
Breakdown: 50 crunches, 30 crunches with a twist, 30 chair dips, 30 dumbbell curls, 20 dumbbell extensions (or whatever they're called), 20 squats w/dumbbell, 20 sit-ups
WHEW!

August 16th: 30 minutes
Breakdown: 20 minutes Pilates, 20 push-ups
