Real Update on where I am

So this community has been awfully quiet lately. I thought I'd update where I am in my weight loss/getting healthy journey.

When I first introduced myself here, back in April, I was down to 123lbs. AFter that, I got down to 121 (6lbs from my goal of 115), but have since gotten back up to 125. Life gets in the way sometimes! :)

This week was my first truly "back on track" in quite awhile. I've been eating really well, exercising every day, and am determined to see 124 by weekend.

How is everyone else doing?

In case anyone is curious, I'm posting a few of my daily food intake lists so you can see what I mean by "on track". I track my calories, fat, and protein intake - aiming for 1100-1400 calories, fat below 25%, and protein above 15 or 20%. My format is calories(fat)protein. I also aim for at least 64 ounces of water each day :)


Monday
